I have been at High Tech High for two years. I started last year for 9th grade. I moved from Lancaster, California and moved to San Diego. High Tech High has been a great chance for me, as I want to go into the science field. I want to be an engineer, I also want to work for Space X.
Some things to know about me is that I really like to swim. I am actually on my school's swim team. I do the 100 freestyle and the 50 breaststroke. Another thing about me is that I love the ocean. I wanted to be a Marine Biologist for the longest time. Being an engineer for oceanography is another thing that I want to do in the future.
I really like to write too. I have written a play for my school last year. It is called Sleep. My play is based off of my old nightmares that I had when I was a kid. I am working on a book so I can go deeper into the worldbuilding and characters.
I like to do photography, that is one of my hobbies. When I am at the beach, you can usually see me taking pictures of the ocean, or the sunset. I also like taking pictures of flowers and nature.
I love to walk out in nature, and I care a lot about the earth, and some people describe me as the green girl. I recycle, make sure that other people throw away their trash, and make sure that people take care of our earth. This year I am starting my tenth grade year at High Tech High, where in this portfolio I will show you the work that I have completed.
